Join me for class every Tuesday at 9:30 AM and Thursday at 6:15 PM at the Manor Road Church in the heart of Davisville Village in Toronto.
All levels welcome, bring your friends and family!
Please BYO mat. If you have bands and a squishy ball, bring them too!

DROP-iN CLASSES
All in-person classes are included for FREE in the All Access Membership.
The Lite Membership gets you a 50% discount on the in-person classes.
In-Person Class No-Show Policy: If you sign up for an in-person class but do not attend the class, your class credit will be returned to your Hey Marvelous account. There will be no refund given.

Men's Class
Improve your flexibility, increase your core strength and have a good laugh along the way with a great group of guys in this one hour class. No pre-registration required, drop-ins welcome!
All levels welcome! Please BYO mat and a set of 5 – 10lb dumbbells.
Mom & Baby
Bond with your baby, meet other mamas and get a great workout in our Mom and Baby Pilates Classes. With your baby at your side, this one hour, 6-week pre-registered class focuses on core stability and addresses postural concerns specific to mom-life.
All levels (including beginners) welcome, please BYO mat and a blanket for your baby to lie on.
This class will return to the schedule in September.
Better Bones
This one hour, 6-week pre-registered class is designed for older adults looking to gain strength and balance. Our needs change as we age and this class is here to help folks stay strong, agile and flexible.
All levels (including beginners) welcome, please BYO mat.
