Anna’s love for teaching, in-depth knowledge of human anatomy, and spark for connecting with people are the heart and soul of North Movement Studio. She knows that one size does not fit all and loves working with people to discover how they can feel better in their bodies, and better in their lives. With more than a decade of teaching experience, Anna enriches all her classes and private sessions with clarity, creativity, and humour. Anna’s goal is to make North your happy place: a warm community where all bodies feel welcome and you’ll get what you need to stay fit and healthy.
