Join me for class every Thursday at 9:30 AM in the Port Carling Community Centre, starting June 30, 2022. All levels welcome, bring your friends and family! BYO mat and any props you need.
Private Dockside Classes
Book a private dockside class for yourself or gather your favourite workout crew and sweat together. Enjoy the beauty of Muskoka and the privacy of your dock, all while getting a great workout. Book a one-off for a special event, or a weekly class so you can stay strong all summer long.
Options include private, semi-private, and group classes.

Dockside semi-private $190
Dockside private group class $200
$200 for the first 5 people. After that, $40 per person. All prices subject to HST.
Pilates in the Barn
Experience Pilates in this rustic and beautiful barn in Muskoka. Tucked off of the water and into the fields, this stunning property creates a picturesque backdrop for a workout.

The Pilates in the Treehouse Retreat runs from Saturday, August 13th – Wednesday, August 17th in Torrance, Muskoka.
We kick things off with a weekend full of activities, and then slow things down to one class a day during the week. This allows you the flexibility to spend time enjoying all that Muskoka has to offer, whether that’s extra time at your dock, or checking into one of the local hotels for total relaxation!

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Full Body Class
12 PM – 1 PM: Vegetarian Lunch
(included in Day Pass and 5-Day Pass)
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Group Hike (friends and family welcome), or Rest/ Swim/ Sun
4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Stretch and Mobility Class
Sunday, August 14th
11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Happy Hips
1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Group Hike (with post-hike mini stretch)
Monday, August 15th
11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Core Class
Tuesday, August 16th
10:00 – 11:00 AM: Arms Class

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM Full Body Flow Class
