Your pelvic floor muscles are the bottom of your deep core cylinder. This group of muscles is often overlooked, but it's integral to the support, function and efficiency of your whole body! Strengthening and stretching your pelvic floor muscles and the rest of your deep core will give your power and control from the inside, out!

This program includes six 60 minute classes from the North at Home Library that each take a unique deep dive into the pelvic floor, deep core, breath, inner thighs, and feet.

Once you purchase these classes, you can do them on repeat as many times as you like. They're yours to keep!
